In the first series of our real estate flip case studies, part one takes you to Bartlett Court. The client selected for this filming just happens to be my mother, we had a blast filming! The demolition begins on Tuesday, January 19th, 2021 and the entire project will take 6-8 weeks. It’s a big one with lots of love and customizations.
