In the first series of our real estate flip case studies, part one takes you to Bartlett Court. The client selected for this Flip Case Study filming just happens to be my mother, we had a blast filming! The demolition began on Tuesday, January 19th, 2021 and the entire project should take 6-8 weeks. However, the ridiculous painfully slow permit process has put us about 6-weeks behind, we are still, as of April 3rd, waiting for the electrical permit. No wonder no one gets permits for smaller projects!
